SebastianVettel didn't mind a long safety car period after a huge crash at Valencia Street Circuit on Sunday, as he led from start to finish to claim his second victory of the season in the European Grand Prix.

Lewis Hamilton finished second on Sunday and remains in first place in the driver standings. Hamilton leads Jenson Button, who was third on Sunday, by six points.

Finishing just off the podium in the Grand Prix was Rubens Barrichello in fourth, Robert Kubica in fifth and Adrian Sutil in sixth. Kamui Kobayashi was seventh and Sebastien Buemi was eight. Rounding out the Top 10 were Fernando Alonso and Pedro de la Rosa.

The F1 season resumes on July 11 at Silverstone Circuit with the British Grand Prix.
